Store Manager / Team Lead

Skills and Experience

  • Experienced in fast food or beverage industry is preferred
  • Experienced as a team lead is a minimum

Role & Responsibilities

Staff management

  • Training, supervising and appraising staff
  • Creating and managing weekly rosters
  • Maintaining employees’ attendances
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation for staff
  • Training and reviewing staff new processes / products / policies regularly
  • Providing a two-way communication and emphasis in motivation and teamwork
  • Reviewing staff work performance periodically.

Cash and sales management

  • Managing cash deposit for store
  • Maintaining statistical and financial records – cash-up settlements
  • Organising all receipt (cash deposit, cash in and out, daily cash up summary) to accounting team
  • Maximising profitability and meeting sales targets.

Stocktake management

  • Overseeing stock control and placing orders
  • Updating the store’s stocktake and place weekly / fortnightly orders on Inventory App
  • Compiling monthly order sheets and sending to head office.

Store management

  • Maintaining store cleaning up
  • Being proactive about reporting store equipment, maintenance, and repairs
  • Machines maintenances (fridges, blenders) Report Ad hoc maintenance to Regional Manager for further procedure
  • Dealing with customer queries and complaints, identify customers’ needs and respond proactively to their concerns
  • Preparing promotional materials and displays
  • Learning, reviewing, and updating regularly of new products / processes / policies
  • Liaising with regional manager, report on management regarding sales results and productivity
  • Managing all Food & Beverage and day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards
  • Preserving excellent levels of internal and external customer service
  • Establishing targets, schedules, policies and procedures
  • Implementing other tasks under the instruction of regional managers and operations manager
  • Supporting the training of franchisee staff.
