- Fill in your details.
- Once submitted, check your mobile for a text from Gong cha asking you to verify your mobile.

Converting an Old Membership
- If you do not already have membership with our new “Gong cha Australia” app, register for a new membership, and verify your email address.
- Once verified, go to “More”.
- Tap on “Convert Old Membership”
- Enter your membership number (Mxxxxxx), Points, and Last Store Visited.
- If all match, you will get a confirmation of the claim, and the points will appear momentarily in your account.
- Please note : If you convert points from an old membership and it pushes your balance over 10 points, your Free Drink coupon will be generated within 1-2 hours.

Getting a Free Drink!
- If you do not already have membership with our new “Gong cha Australia” app, register for a new membership, and verify your email address.
- For every full-priced drink you buy, you get 1 point.
- Once you hit 10 points, it will automatically convert to a Free Drink coupon which you can find in your “Rewards” section.
Please note : The 10 points will be removed from your balance. - You can use this Free Drink coupon automatically using In-App ordering, or when you visit a store you can ask them to manually apply it.
