📢 Important Notice: Old Membership Conversion No Longer Available
As of August 1st, 2025, Gong cha Australia no longer accepts conversions from old membership systems. We provided 18 months advance notice of this change to ensure all customers had adequate opportunity to convert their existing points and benefits.
If you held an old membership and did not convert during the notice period, we encourage you to start fresh with our new membership system to begin earning points and rewards immediately.

Complete the registration form with your information
3. Verify your SMS or email address
Check your mobile for SMS or your email for verification messages from Gong cha
4. All done!

1. Ensure you're a verified member
Complete your registration and verify your SMS or email address to access all membership benefits.
2. Earn points with purchases
For every full-priced drink you buy, you get 1 point
3. Reach 10 points
Once you hit 10 points, it will automatically convert to a Free Drink coupon which you can find in your "Rewards" section
4. Redeem your free drink
• Use the Free Drink coupon automatically with In-App ordering
• Or ask store staff to manually apply it when you visit
💡 Note: When you reach 10 points, your Free Drink coupon will be generated within 1-2 hours. The 10 points will be removed from your balance when the coupon is created.
