Follow these simple steps to resend your verification link through the Gong Cha AU App:
1. Open the Gong Cha AU App
Launch the app on your mobile device
2. Navigate to your account
• Tap on the “Rewards” tab
• Or tap on the “Account” tab
3. Find the verification prompt
Look for a red prompt asking you to resend an verification link your account
4. Resend verification
• Tap on the verification prompt
• You’ll receive a verification link via email or SMS
⚠️ Important: You cannot redeem membership points until your account is verified.
